They are the crew behind the scenes, making sure our talented musicians are properly fueled and hydrated throughout their busy season. From the intense focus of band camp to the thrill of football games and weekend competitions, our Hospitality Team keeps them energized to perform their best.

Here’s how you can help make a difference:
- Meal Mavens: Hospitality heroes ensure students have access to nutritious meals and snacks throughout the long days of band camp, evening football games and weekend competitions. This means organizing food deliveries or meal prep sign-ups, setting up meals, and making sure everyone gets what they need. Think of them as the pit crew for the band’s energy levels!
- Hydration Heroes: Band often involves intense physical activity and hot weather. The hospitality team makes sure there’s a steady supply of water and sports drinks to keep students hydrated and avoid heat exhaustion. They’ll be refilling coolers, handing out water bottles, and reminding students to drink often.
- Snack Specialists: The hospitality team provides a variety of healthy snacks to keep students energized throughout the day. This could mean preparing sliced fruits and veggies, setting out granola bars, or coordinating with parents to bring in baked goods.
- Dietary Detectives: Some students may have dietary restrictions. The hospitality team helps ensure everyone is included by providing options for allergies and dietary needs. This might involve coordinating with parents about specific meals or keeping a stock of gluten-free or dairy-free snacks on hand.
- Moral Boosters: A friendly face and a kind word can go a long way during a the season. The hospitality team provides a positive and supportive environment for the students. They might chat with them during meals or simply offer a smile and some encouragement.
