Band Fee Payment Options
Payments may be made through Membership Toolkit, Venmo, or by check. Please email charms@crhs.band to apply Charms points to payments.

Checks may be mailed to: PO Box 1114, Fort Mill, SC 29716.
Checks may be dropped off in Mr. Butler’s office. Checks need to be made out to CRHSBBC with Band Fees in the memo.
Background
In a typical year, the cost for students to participate in the CRHS Band is approximately $2,500 per student. The school district provides some funding, but it is essential for the band to raise additional monies to achieve a high level of success.
The school district imposes a $150.00 activity fee to cover transportation costs for the band. That is NOT included in the band fees as it does not go to the band program. You pay this online directly to the school.
Questions & Answers
What do the band fees I pay to the booster club cover?
Student meals, medical supplies, music, drill, props, flags, equipment transportation, specialty instruction, contest registration, uniform maintenance, administration, etc.
What additional items will I need to purchase?
If your student does not already have them (or has outgrown them), they will need to purchase marching shoes, gloves, and other section specific items. Black calf-length socks, black compression shorts, and a one gallon water jug are also needed. Colorguard members additionally need to provide warm-up, duffel, dance shoes, gloves, tights.
